RCPCC offers weekly drop-in parent education classes at our 2Gen Campus, open to all caregivers looking for connection, support, and growth. These sessions are grounded in the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, which focuses on:
- Building parental resilience
- Fostering social connections
- Providing concrete support in times of need
- Increasing knowledge of parenting and child development
- Supporting social and emotional development in young children
Parent education is a vital part of our Whole Family approach. It empowers parents to take an active, confident role in their children’s emotional and educational development — strengthening the entire family unit. We also offer a specialized parent group for raising teens and tweens, designed to address the unique challenges and changes that come with parenting during adolescence.
