Danielle Griffin

Hello, I’m Danielle Griffin and I am a mom of two kids who attend the Brandon RCPCC early education program. We love the family atmosphere the center provides and knowing how loved and cared for our children are while at work. I got involved with the board after learning about all the amazing programs and supports RCPCC offers our community. During the day I am an electrician at GE Aerospace. For fun I enjoy going on adventures with my family, reading, and supporting others in the community. We also own a bounce house rental company that my husband manages. We look forward to helping support RCPCC and their programs to help lift our community up.

Kate Tibbs

I have been on the board of directors for RCPCC since 2020. I was born and raised in Rutland County and received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Russell Sage College. I started my human services career in 2008 working with people with developmental disabilities, starting the Southwestern Vermont Hoarding Task Force, working with community members with the restorative justice programs, and being a life navigator for large local businesses. I currently work at Rutland Mental Health Services in the behavioral health department with adult services as a Case Manager. I am also on the board of directors for Social Tinkering, Rutland County Restorative Justice Center, and the President of the Chaffee Art Center board of directors. I am an avid lover of animals, the stars and books. I reside in the mountains of Shrewsbury with my husband, where I can be found gardening, reading, crocheting, watching the woodland creatures and blaring music.
