Full-Time Early Childhood Position — Early Interventionist + Parent Educator (Home Visiting)
RCPCC – Children’s Integrated Services

RCPCC is seeking a compassionate, motivated professional for a unique full-time position combining roles as a Part-Time Early Interventionist and Part-Time Parent Educator. This is a home visiting role supporting children birth to age 3 and their families through relationship-based, team-centered services.


Position Overview

This role blends two meaningful early childhood positions, offering variety, flexibility, and strong collaboration with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Early Interventionist Responsibilities:

  • Conduct developmental assessments
  • Develop One Plans and coordinate Early Intervention services
  • Collaborate with families and service providers

Parent Educator Responsibilities:

  • Provide home visits using the Parents as Teachers curriculum
  • Support caregivers with child development and parenting strategies
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with families

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, or related field
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for home visiting)

Pay

$22–$24 per hour, depending on experience
