Reach Up is a support program of case management for families eligible for Reach up Financial Assistance grants. Case managers support families in balancing work, parenting and goal setting toward economic self sufficiency.
Rutland County Parent Child Center’s case managers are contracted to serve all youth up to 24 years of age, who are parenting, assisting with work experience, job training and education. Support services include education incentives, childcare, housing, helping obtain a drivers license and clothing for work. We also provide our clients with resources for housing and education.
Our goal is to break down barriers to becoming self sufficient community members.
