CIS Family Support Specialist – Full time

CIS offers early intervention, family support, and prevention services that help ensure the healthy development and well-being of children, pre-birth to age 6.

The Family Support Specialist works with children & families to create individualized plans which assess needs to identify strengths and challenges to set clear-cut goals for them. The Family Support Specialist coordinates Early Intervention Services and works collaboratively with other service providers within the Rutland area. The Family Support Specialist provides resources and support to children and families in reaching their goals. The work with children and families may be conducted in a variety of settings, including, but not limited to, office, classroom, and home.

We are seeking a forward-thinking and compassionate individual who excels in customer service.

This opportunity requires a Bachelor’s in social work or related field. The position also requires driving; therefore, must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. Must also be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Lead Teacher – Full time

We are currently seeking a nurturing and collaborative lead teacher for our infant program at our Rutland site. Minimum mandatory qualifications include an Associate’s degree in early education or related field, preference will be given to a Bachelor’s level candidate. Minimum of 2 years experience working in a supervisory position within an early education setting is also preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
